Cancellation Policy

Late Cancellations-

Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify the salon or your stylist 24-hours or more before your scheduled appointment time. This window will provide us ample time to fill the vacated time slot. Cancellations made less than 24-hours of your scheduled appointment may be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.

No-Show/No-Call-

If you do not cancel or reschedule an appointment, and do not show up for your requested appointment, a $100 rescheduling fee will be required and payable prior to booking another appointment. Repeated no-shows will no longer be able to schedule future appointments.

Late Arrival

We get it…stuff happens. However, to keep our schedules on track, if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time we may need to either adjust which services can still be received in the time remaining (no price adjustment will be made) or reschedule your appointment. No-show rebooking fees may apply.

Cell Phones

We strive to provide a soothing and relaxing environment for all our guests. We respectfully request that ringers are silenced upon entering the salon, and that the volume of any videos or other content you would like to enjoy during your visit, be kept to a minimum. For your convenience, we offer complimentary disposable earbuds.

Children

We certainly love kiddos— and want to keep them safe! The salon has a multitude of dangerous chemicals, sharp instruments, and tools that can reach 450 degrees. In the best interest of your children, we respectfully request that, unless your child is receiving a service, another adult be present to supervise children or that they not accompany you to your appointment.

Service Adjustments

Our goal is to ensure that every guest is happy with the result of the service they received. If your service did not meet your expectations (based on the consultation) please contact us within 7 days of your service and we will be happy to make any necessary adjustments within a reasonable timeframe. Any adjustment appointments will need to be scheduled with and performed by the stylist that completed the initial service. We do not give refunds for services already received.

This policy is void if you have attempted to make any adjustments yourself, or have allowed another stylist to make any adjustments. Adjustments include any service such as cutting, coloring, toning, or any other altering chemical or treatment.

Referral Program

Krome Salon & Spa’s Referral Program is only valid with participating staff. Stylist has complete discretion when giving referral cards to existing guests.

To redeem a referral card discount, you must be a first-time client to the referred stylist. Referral card must be presented to stylist or receptionist at check-out to receive discount.

Once a referral card has been redeemed, the referring client will receive a $10 credit redeemable toward their next service. There is no limit on the number of new clients that an existing client can refer.

eKo- Refills

Reduce waste and save money!

Purchase any size of the Bain de Terre Passion Flower- Color Preserve shampoo and/or conditioner at regular price, and receive unlimited $12 (13.5 oz.) or $24 (liter) refills. Just bring in your original, empty bottle and we’ll fill it back up for you!

*Original bottles must have been purchased at Krome Salon & Spa to qualify.

Gift Certificates

Krome Salon & Spa Gift Certificates are available for purchase in any amount of $20 or more. Gift Certificates can be used for services, products, and tipping. Balances remaining on gift certificates will be available for use up to the expiration date noted on the certificate. Monetary compensation will not be given for any remaining gift certificate balance. There are no refunds for gift certificates. Gift certificate must be present to redeem.

Chemical Services

Chemical services provided at Krome Salon & Spa are only guaranteed when followed by the haircare protocol recommended by your stylist.

Professional haircare products are designed to protect your new color or other chemical service.

Product Returns

We want to be sure that you are using the right products for your hair! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the minimally used product within 10 days for exchange or salon credit. 80% or more of product must remain in original container to qualify.
